Ingredients

1 (175 G) Package Schneiders® Country Naturals® Salami
2 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup (125 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese
2 tsp (10 mL) Minced onion
1 tbsp (15 mL) Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp (2 mL) Prepared mustard
Dash of garlic powder

Directions

CHOP two slices of salami and combine with the remaining ingredients.

PLACE a spoonful of the egg mixture on each of the remaining slices of salami. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.

Notes

Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with tomato wedges or slice into thirds and secure each with a toothpick for an appetizer.
