|2||Hard-boiled eggs, chopped|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese|
|2 tsp||(10 mL) Minced onion|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Mayonnaise|
|1/2 tsp||(2 mL) Prepared mustard|
|Dash of garlic powder|
CHOP two slices of salami and combine with the remaining ingredients.
PLACE a spoonful of the egg mixture on each of the remaining slices of salami. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with tomato wedges or slice into thirds and secure each with a toothpick for an appetizer.
