Make yourself a light lunch with this open faced baguette with mayo, dijon mustard, brie cheese, salami and topped with arugula.
|1||Dempster’s® OvenFresh™ White Baguette|
|.25 cup||(60 mL) Mayonnaise|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Dijon mustard|
|8||Slices Brie cheese|
|12||Slices Artisan Collection® Hungarian Salami|
|.5 cup||(125 mL) Arugula|
BAKE baguette according to package directions. Place on a cooling rack and allow to cool completely. Cut baguette in half, crosswise and then lengthwise, creating four pieces.
MIX together mayonnaise and mustard, spread evenly over four pieces of baguette. Top each slice with two slices of Brie and three slices of salami. Garnish with arugula.
