A tasty meal that is just right to fill those little tummies at lunchtime.
|2||Sweet pickles or baby dills|
|2 tsp||tsp (10 mL) Honey mustard|
|1||Slice Havarti cheese|
|1||Schneiders® Country Naturals® Pepperette|
|1||Small orange, cut into wedges|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Mini snack crackers|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Mini gingersnap cookies|
|2 cups||(500 mL) Water|
SKEWER each toothpick with a tomato and pickle.
SPREAD the tortilla with the honey mustard, leaving a 1” (2.5 cm) border. Top with the slice of Havarti cheese and place the pepperette in the center. Tightly roll the tortilla around the pepperette.
Secure closed with the skewered toothpicks on each end. Cut in half and place in a 5x7” (13x18 cm) sealable container along with two muffin liner cups.
Fill one cup with orange wedges and one with cookies. Scatter the snack crackers around the pepperette wraps and seal the container. Pack into a lunch box with an apple and a reusable container of water.
