This chicken comes out great when rubbed with some fantastic and colourful spices
|4||skin-on, bone-in chicken breasts|
|1/2 cup||plain yogurt|
|2 tbsp||ancho chili paste|
|1 tsp||garlic powder|
|1 tbsp||brown sugar|
|1 tsp||cayenne pepper|
|non-stick cooking spray|
Preheat oven to 375.
Cover a 9X13 pan with tinfoil. Spray the tinfoil generously with non-stick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken and cooking spray.
Place chicken on sprayed tinfoil, and rub mixture on top of skin.
Bake for 1hr or until chicken is cooked to 165F.
Serve with pasta with plain marinara sauce and your favorite veggies.
