About this Recipe

These roasted vegetables are a guaranteed great side with Maple Leaf Prime Naturally, Beef in a Red Wine Sauce, Fully Cooked Entree.

Ingredients

2 lbs Potatoes peeled, cubed (about, 6 small potatoes)
2 cups Carrots, peeled and cut into 2X1/2 -inch sticks
0.50 lb Turnip peeled and cubed (half a small turnip)
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Parsley flakes
0.25 cup Small onion peeled and chopped
1 cup pepper, red/green or orange cubed

Directions

Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Wash, peel and cut up potatoes, carrots, and turnip.
Put oil into medium size mixing bowl and add vegetables, stir to cover vegetables.
Line baking sheet with non-stick aluminum foil.
Pour vegetables evenly onto baking sheet, and sprinkle on parsley fakes.
Bake 30 min. then turn vegetables and add onion and pepper.
Bake another 20 min.
Remove and serve with Maple Leaf Prime Naturally, Beef in a Red Wine Sauce, Fully Cooked Entree.
Cooks notes: While the vegetables are cooking, prepare Maple Leaf Prime Naturally, Beef in a Red Wine Sauce, as per directions on box.
