A nice vegetarian sandwich using Dempster's ZERO bread. Healthy and delicious!

Ingredients

30 ml Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
2 slices Dempster's ZERO bread
3 slices tomatoes
8 slices cucumber
lettuce

Directions

Spread hummus on one piece of bread. Add the tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce. Top with the remaining slice of bread. Cut into two pieces. Enjoy!
