Flavours that really complement each other well! Roasted red pepper, with double smoked cheddar cheese along with a few slices of fresh avocado, make this breakfast sandwich a wonderful way to start the day!


1 egg
1 english muffin
2 slices double smoked cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter
1/2 of a roasted red pepper
2 slices of avocado


Fry egg in pan. Flip when ready.
At the same time, begin toasting English muffin.
Cut a roasted red pepper in half.
Slice 2 pieces of smoked cheddar cheese.
Butter English muffin and top with egg.
Place cheese on top of egg, followed by roasted red pepper.
Top with sliced avocado.
