A very healthy, delicious snack that kids and grown-ups love!

Ingredients

28 oz can of chickpeas
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp brown sugar

Directions

Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Pour into a bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix until all chickpeas are coated. Pour onto a baking sheet and roast at 400 degrees for 40 minutes, stirring and flipping at 20 minutes. Eat and enjoy!
