About this Recipe

Fresh garden tomatoes and cucumbers add a light freshness to this sandwich. Serve with a hearty soup in colder weather for a filling meal.

Ingredients

1 Your Choice of Roll
5 slices of Natual Selections Oven Roasted Chicken
3 Slices of Swiss Cheese
4 slices fresh Tomatoes
4 Slices fresh cucumbers
1 tbsp dijon Mustard
4 tbsp olive Oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp Maple Syrup
oregano, salt and pepper

Directions

Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and syrup in small bowl and set aside.

Slice Roll, spread dijon mustard on one side of bread/roll.
Add cheese slices, Roasted chicken, top with tomatoes and cucumbers.
(You may add lettuce if you like)

Drizzle top of cucumbers and tomatoes with your Balsamic vinaigrette
(use as much or as little as you like)

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.
