4 Large Dempster’s Original Tortillas
1/4 cup mayo
1 1/2 tsp horseradish
1 cup baby arugula
200 g Roast Beef or leftover sliced steak
1 medium ripe tomato, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste


In a small bowl mix the mayo and horseradish until blended. Set aside
Lay one tortilla on a surface. Spread 1 Tbsp of horseradish mayo over the whole tortilla leaving a one-inch border. Place ¼ cup arugula along the bottom. Top with 50g roast beef, two slices of tomato and salt and pepper if desired. Fold in the sides and roll up. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
