Deli roast beef with robust arugula salad and topped with a creamy buttermilk blue cheese dressing.

Ingredients

SALAD DRESSING:
2 tsp (10 mL) Horseradish
1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
2 tbsp (30 mL) Mayonnaise
3 tbsp (45 mL) Buttermilk
3 tbsp (45 mL) Crumbled Blue cheese
SALAD:
4 cups (1 L) Arugula
.5 Cucumber, diced
1 Bunch radishes, quartered
1 Package Maple Leaf® Deli Fresh Sirloin Roast Beef

Directions

WHISK together horseradish, Dijon, mayonnaise and buttermilk in a small bowl. Gently fold in Blue cheese.

TOSS together arugula, cucumber and radishes, divide between 2 plates and drizzle with dressing. Top with roast beef and serve.
