Just the right amount and you have covered all the bases. Lots of variety and all so tasty!


1 Mini whole wheat bagel
1/2 slice Cheddar cheese
2-3 slices Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Shaved Roast Beef
1 Small leave lettuce
1/4 cup (60 mL) Assorted raw veggies (mini carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes)
2 tbsp (30 mL) Small cubed Marble cheese
1 Schneiders® Hot Rod, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp (30 mL) Creamy Ranch dressing
1/4 cup (60 mL) Blueberries
1/4 cup (60 mL) Green grapes
2 tbsp (30 mL) Raisins


ASSEMBLE sandwich on mini bagel with cheese, roast beef and lettuce. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the lunch box. Place veggies in a small container and cheese and hot rod pieces in separate small containers. Place dressing and raisins in separate very small containers. Pack everything into the lunch box. The blueberries and grapes can be placed in another container but use muffin liners to keep them separate.
