A filling and healthy lunch item. Can be bagged for work or school.
|2||Dempsters whole wheat full size tortillas|
|200 g||thin sliced roast beef|
|100 g||Swiss cheese slices|
|10 g||hot pickled peppers|
|1 tsp||Sriracha hot chili sauce|
|2 tsp||Vadalia sweet onion dressing|
|100 g||Spring mix|
In a bowl mix dressing and spring mix.
Grill tortillas for a few minutes until warmed through. Spread 1/2 tsp Sriracha sauce on each tortilla. Divide half the beef, half the cheese and half the spring mixture for each tortilla and assemble into a wrap.
Garnish with pickled hot peppers.
