Roast beef and Cambozola cheese come together with salty gherkins in this easy and delicious appetizer.
|1||Whole grain baguette, sliced crosswise into 40 slices|
|8 oz||(250 g) Cambozola cheese, cut into 40 slices|
|20||Gherkins, sliced in half lengthwise|
|1||(175 g) Package Natural Selections™ Shaved Roasted Beef|
PREHEAT oven to 350°F (180°C).
ARRANGE bread on a baking sheet. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
TOP each toast with a leaf of salad greens, a piece of Cambozola and 2 pickle slices. Cut each slice of roast beef in half and place a piece on top.
ARRANGE canapes on a platter and serve.
