To save some time on a hectic holiday morning, try prepping your breakfast the night before. See inside for a delicious Rise & Shine Raisin Coffee Bake recipe that you can prepare the night before, then simply pop in the oven in the morning to serve to your grown-up guests.
|1 cup||(250 mL) 10% cream|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Nescafe® Tasters Choice coffee|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) vanilla extract|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) cinnamon|
|pinch of salt|
|1||loaf Sun-Maid® Cinnamon Swirl Raisin Bread cubed|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Sun-Maid® Golden Raisins|
|zest of one large orange with 2 tbsp (30 mL) juice|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) icing sugar|
WHISK together eggs, cream, Nescafe® Tasters Choice coffee, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Toss with Sun-Maid® Cinnamon Swirl Raisin Bread.
SPREAD evenly into a greased 8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with golden raisins.
BAKE in a 350F (180C) oven until puffed and golden, about 25 minutes.
WHISK together orange zest and juice with icing sugar and drizzle over top.
CUT into pieces to serve.
