This is my default brunch recipe. Never fails.

You can add bacon, ham, and really any other ingredient to this to change it up.


10 eggs
0.5 cup butter
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 cup flour, all-purpose
3 cups cheddar, extra old, shredded
2 cups cottage cheese, cream-style
1 zucchini
5 asparagus stalks
6 green onions
0.5 tsp kosher or sea salt
pepper, cayenne to taste


Lightly grease 12 x 8 baking dish.

Once eggs are beaten, stir in butter and rest of the ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
