Nutritious whole wheat wrap envelopes a delicately flavoured Frittata filled with Deli Ham, red pepper and oozing with cheese. This filling wrap is easy to make, hold and eat for your hungry kids! There won't be any swapping with this meal!


2 lg. eggs
1 tsp store bought pesto
2 tbsp finely diced red pepper
1 slice Monterey Jack cheese, or your fave
1 slice, finely diced Natural Selections Smoked Black Forest Ham
1 tbsp EVOO or butter
1 Dempsters Whole Wheat Tortilla Wrap


Press the Tortilla Wrap into a preheated pan to toast on both sides. Remove place cheese on and cool to the touch.
Add oil/butter to the pan. Add the ham and pepper. Cook for 1min. Stirring to distribute heat.

Whisk eggs with pesto. Pour over filling. Allow to set around the sides.
Using a fork, lift an edge, tip the pan and allow the egg mixture to run under the edge until no runny egg is left.

Allow this to form a slight crust underneath, sliding the pan back and forth over the burner to loosen the eggs.

Flip using a spatula, cooking the under side. Cool for 1-2min.
Place over the tortilla, wrap tightly.
Cut in half and wrap tightly.
