|1 tbsp||(30 mL) Vegetable oil|
|½ tsp||(2 mL) Ready prepared minced garlic|
|1||Clove garlic, minced|
|2/3 cup||(175 mL) Diced red pepper|
|3||Green onions, chopped|
|2 ½ cups||(625 mL) Frozen hash brown potatoes|
|1/3 cup||(75 mL) MAPLE LEAF Ready® Crisp Bacon Pieces|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
HEAT oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, red pepper and green onion and sauté for 1 minute. ADD potatoes and bacon pieces and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes or until potatoes are hot. Season to taste.
