Spicy-sweet tacos with fresh Thai inspired salsa.
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Vegetable oil|
|1||Small onion, diced|
|2 tbsp||30 mL) Red curry paste|
|3 cups||(750 mL) Schneiders® Black Forest Ham, diced|
|1||Red pepper, diced|
|1||Red onion, diced|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Sweet Thai chilli sauce|
|Chopped cilantro (optional)|
|10 Taco shells|
HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add onion and curry paste. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in ham and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes longer or until heated through.
MIX together mango, red pepper, red onion, lime juice and chili sauce to make a salsa.
BUILD tacos by filling each shell with ham mixture and topping with salsa. Sprinkle with cilantro just prior to serving if desired.
Drizzle with sour cream.
