Spicy-sweet tacos with fresh Thai inspired salsa.
2 tbsp | (30 mL) Vegetable oil |
1 | Small onion, diced |
2 tbsp | 30 mL) Red curry paste |
3 cups | (750 mL) Schneiders® Black Forest Ham, diced |
1 | Mango, diced |
1 | Red pepper, diced |
1 | Red onion, diced |
1/2 | Lime, juiced |
2 tbsp | (30 mL) Sweet Thai chilli sauce |
Chopped cilantro (optional) | |
10 Taco shells |
HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add onion and curry paste. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in ham and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes longer or until heated through.
MIX together mango, red pepper, red onion, lime juice and chili sauce to make a salsa.
BUILD tacos by filling each shell with ham mixture and topping with salsa. Sprinkle with cilantro just prior to serving if desired.
Drizzle with sour cream.
