Delicious ravioli hearts in a creamy butter sauce that is great for any date night dinner for two, and completely perfect for Valentine's Day!
|1||(300 g) Package Olivieri® Hearts Cheese Ravioli|
|¼ cup||(60 mL) Butter|
|Salt and pepper|
|¼ cup||(60 mL) Freshly grated Parmesan cheese|
BRING a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
HEAT butter in a large skillet over medium until lightly browned and frothy. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat with brown butter. Sprinkle with half the Parmesan cheese.
SERVE pasta sprinkled with additional Parmesan cheese.
For meat lovers, add cooked meatballs.
