Cheese raviolis served in a brown butter sauce.
|300 g||Olivieri Hearts Cheese Ravioli|
|60 ml||freshly grated Parmesan cheese|
|salt and pepper to taste|
1- Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add salt. Cook pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
2- Heat butter in a large non-stick pan over medium heat until lightly browned and frothy.
3- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat with the butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4- Sprinkle with half the Parmesan cheese.
5- Serve pasta sprinkled with additional Parmesan cheese.
