This is a delicious one-dish meal. Everything you need in one bowl. It’s super healthy too!
|3 cups||(750 mL) Quinoa, cooked and cooled|
|2 cups||(500 mL) Edamame, cooked|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Diced red pepper|
|2 cups||(500 mL) Chopped red cabbage|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Shredded carrot|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Diced English cucumber|
|3 cups||(750 mL) Diced Maple Leaf® Country Kitchen® Smoked Ham|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Prepared sesame dressing|
|Salt and pepper|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Slivered almonds, toasted|
COMBINE the first 8 ingredients in a large salad bowl. Mix together and top with sesame dressing. Toss to coat, season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with slivered almonds and serve.
