This is a delicious one-dish meal. Everything you need in one bowl. It’s super healthy too!

Ingredients

3 cups (750 mL) Quinoa, cooked and cooled
2 cups (500 mL) Edamame, cooked
1 cup (250 mL) Diced red pepper
2 cups (500 mL) Chopped red cabbage
1 cup (250 mL) Shredded carrot
1 cup (250 mL) Diced English cucumber
3 cups (750 mL) Diced Maple Leaf® Country Kitchen® Smoked Ham
1 cup (250 mL) Prepared sesame dressing
Salt and pepper
1 cup (250 mL) Slivered almonds, toasted

Directions

COMBINE the first 8 ingredients in a large salad bowl. Mix together and top with sesame dressing. Toss to coat, season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with slivered almonds and serve.
