Ingredients

1 cup (240 ml) seedless red grapes, cut in slices
2 cups (475 ml) quinoa, cooked
3/4 cup (180 ml) feta cheese
1 Pkg Schneider’s® country naturals oven roasted Turkey, diced
3/4 cup (180 ml) walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup cup scallions, sliced thin
Lemon Vinaigrette:
1/2 cup (120ml) freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (15 ml) dill, chopped
pinch of salt and pepper
1 tsp (5 ml) honey

Directions

TO MAKE THE LEMON VINAIGRETTE:
Whisk all ingredients together until combined.

Toss all ingredients together until combined.
Served Chilled.
