Turn a noodle dish into tasty soup in a flash!


1 small seedless cucumber
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1 tsp sesame oil
2 slices of Maple Leaf Ham
1 package of instant noodles
1 egg
1/2 green onion thinly sliced
Savory Soup Ingredients
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp grated ginger root
1 tsp sesame oil
salt and pepper


-Finely slice the cucumber and ham into strips.
-preheat a medium sized pan to medium heat. beat the egg in a small bowl and pour into the pan. let it cook until top is set then carefully flip over and cook for another 30 seconds or so. remove and fold up so you can cut it into thin strips as well.
-wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and then boil for 1 minute, season with salt and toss with sesame oil.
-In a bowl whisk together the sauce ingredients, season with salt and pepper.
-Boil noodles according to package instructions and drain well.
-In a large bowl place the noodles on the bottom, then spread the sliced meat and vegetables on top. Pour the broth mix onto the noodles. The savory broth can be heated if you prefer.
-Top with slices of green onion
