This is a quick pizza, not for a quick Hawaiian, although I suppose you could have both.
|4||Lebanese white flour pita|
|14 oz||398 ml can pineapple tidbits, drained|
|100 g||pre-shredded 3-cheese blend|
|1 cup||prepared plain spagetti sauce|
|200 g||Maple Leaf or Schneiders cooked ham, chopped|
|100 g||red peppers chopped|
|100 g||green peppers chopped|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Drain pineapple well.
Divide ingredients into 4.
Spread pitas with sauce. Spread with pineapple, ham and peppers, top with cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Set pizzas on oven rack for thin crust crispy pizza, on a cookie sheet for a softer pizza.
