Roughly chop the chicken, ginger, onion and garlic and place into a food processor. season with salt and pepper. process for 30 seconds until well mixed, Set aside for 10 mins to marinate. Form into balls, and fry in a pan with sesame oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, flip, and fry for about 2 minutes, until cooked though. Add soy sauce, honey and mirin to pan and toss to coat. Serve warm.
