1 tbsp (15 mL) Olive oil
1 cup (250 mL) Chopped onion
1/2 cup (125 mL) Chopped carrot
1/2 cup (125 mL) Chopped celery
1/2 cup (125 mL) Chopped red pepper
1/2 cup (125 mL) Chopped or coarsely shredded cabbage
4 cups (1 L) Vegetable broth
1 (400 g) Package Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Slices Italian Style
1 cup (250 mL) Chopped zucchini


HEAT oil in a large pot over medium. Add the next five vegetables and sauté for 5-6 minutes. Add the broth and bring to a boil, add the chicken and zucchini and cook for 5-10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.


Serve with Dempster’s OvenFresh® Baguette.
