|1||(400 g) Package Maple Leaf® Prime Turkey in Homestyle Gravy|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Frozen vegetables|
|1||Sheet of puff pastry, defrosted|
PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C).
COMBINE turkey in gravy with frozen vegetables. On a lightly floured work surface, using a lightly floured rolling pin, roll pastry so it is large enough to cut two circles, about 8” (20 cm).
DIVIDE the filling between two 6” (15 cm) ramekins or baking dishes. Cover with the pastry, sealing the edges. Brush the top with egg wash and cut slits in the top to allow steam to escape. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is heated through.
Substitute 1 (400 g) Package Maple Leaf® Prime Beef in Red Wine sauce for the Maple Leaf® Prime Turkey in Homestyle Gravy to make a beef pot pie!
