Delicious quesadillas stuffed with chroizo, avacado and bacon.
|6||Strips of Maple Leaf Hearty Slice Bacon, cut into pieces|
|2||Chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce|
|½ cup||Sour cream|
|1 cup||Schredded cheese|
DICE tomatoes and onions into small, fine pieces
CHOP chipotles out of the adobo sauce, as well as the avocado
MIX tomatoes, onions, chipotles and Avocdo pieces in a bowl, along with half of the lime juice salt and pepper.
LAYER tortilla with shredded cheese, and add the bacon pieces as well as chorizo. Then spread the vegetable mix on top. Add a second tortilla to the top
HEAT up the frying pan, and place the quesadilla in the pan. Flip it over after a minute or two
CUT and serve with cilantro and sour cream
