A filling wrap made with pulled beef.
|4||Romaine lettuce leaves|
|500 g||pulled beef|
|300 g||grated cheese, cheddar or blend|
|2 tsp||vegetable oil|
|1/2 cup||BBQ sauce|
|1/4 tsp||Worcestershire sauce|
Cook beef brisket and separate meat by hand, or use leftover pulled beef.
Peel and slice onion. Cook over medium heat in oil until caramelized. Add Worcestershire sauce.
Mix BBQ sauce (Original or Chicken & Ribs flavours) with whiskey and molasses. Mix half of this mix with the pulled beef.
For each tortilla, spread 1 tablespoon of remaining BBQ mix on tortilla. In the centre layer lettuce, cheese and beef. Wrap, cut in two and serve.
