Keep a box of puff pastry in your freezer and you are always ready to entertain!
|1 Pkg||Tenderflake Puff Pastry - thawed|
|3 tbsp||White Sugar|
|2 tsp||Icing Sugar|
In a small bowl combine white sugar and cinnamon
Roll out the puff pastry until it is about 11" x 17" (The size of an opened magazine).
Sprinkle cinnamon mixture over entire surface.
Roll the pastry up like a large cigar.
With a sharp knife cut the roll in half length wise and then "twist" the two halves loosely together. Shape into a circle and pinch the two ends together.
Bake at 400f until golden brown and flaky (about 15-20 minutes)
Serve warm or at room temperature sprinkled with icing sugar.
