About this Recipe

Fresh lemon juice makes this chicken moist and delicious! This dish can be served with jasmine rice (as shown), potato or your favorite vegetable.


2 Maple Leaf Prime boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp pepper


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
1. Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish.
2. Brush chicken with olive oil and juice from one lemon.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4.Bake for 25-30 minutes.
