A quick breakfast with some not-so-secret ingredients: the savoury prosciutto, fresh provolone and crisp crackers with chia seeds in a package of PROTINIS. (The official snack of everything!)
|1||43g PROTINIS Prosciutto and Provolone Snack|
|pinch||salt and pepper|
|1 tbsp||fresh chopped parsley to garnish (optional)|
Spray two 1-cup ramekins with non-stick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, beat 4 eggs. Tear provolone and prosciutto into small pieces and stir into eggs. Add salt, pepper and cayenne. Pour into ramekins.
Crush crackers in a baggie and sprinkle on top of egg mixture.
Cover ramekins with a microwave-safe cover or plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked.
For a touch of fancy, garnish with parsley.
