This Sammy is like having Brunch any weekday for Lunch.
This protein packed meal will keep little tummies full until their next recess!
Loaded with bacon, ham, eggs and fries, topped with tomatoes and cheese.
A poutine lunch enveloped in a toasted Ciabatta bun!
Fun Fun Fun...your kids will ask for this to be a regular menu item.


1 lg egg
1 slice reduced salt Maple Leaf Bacon
4 chunks of Schneider's Natural Smoked Ham
4 frozen French fries
1 slice tomato
1 slice processed cheddar cheese
1 ciabatta bun
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 bunch grapes
6 chips if allowed
1 drink


Cook bacon until crispy in a small skillet on med. high heat. Remove.
Cook fries, ham and the egg in the remaining bacon fat.
Remove and pat on dry paper towels to blot excess oil.

Toast the halved bun if you prefer.
Spread with mayo.
Place cheese on bottom half.
Top with bacon, egg & potato mixture
Top with tomato and finish sandwich with top of bread.

Place washed grapes into a snack bag and complete the meal with a drink.


*chips are optional and can be veggie chips
