|1 Pkg||puff pastry sheets, rolled out to 12” x 6”|
|8||oz Brie, chopped|
|1 cup||(250 mL)sour cream|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) honey|
|4||leaves basil, torn|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) balsamic glaze|
Lay out the puff pastry sheets onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Spoon the sour cream onto the dough, leaving a 3/4-inch border all around.
Artfully arrange the peaches, brie and drizzle the honey over top.
Brush the edge of the dough with olive oil, and bake for 15 - 20 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and golden brown.
Remove from oven and arrange the prosciutto on top, sprinkle with basil and balsamic reduction.
Serve hot on a cutting board.
