1 Pkg Maple Leaf® Canadian CraftTMAtlantic Coarse Salt Prosciutto Sliced Meat
1 Pkg puff pastry sheets, rolled out to 12” x 6”
2-3 peaches, sliced
8 oz Brie, chopped
1 cup (250 mL)sour cream
2 tbsp (30 mL) honey
4 leaves basil, torn
2 tbsp (30 mL) balsamic glaze


Lay out the puff pastry sheets onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Spoon the sour cream onto the dough, leaving a 3/4-inch border all around.

Artfully arrange the peaches, brie and drizzle the honey over top.

Brush the edge of the dough with olive oil, and bake for 15 - 20 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and golden brown.

Remove from oven and arrange the prosciutto on top, sprinkle with basil and balsamic reduction.

Serve hot on a cutting board.
