Maple Leaf Prime® Broccoli and Cheddar stuffed Chicken Breasts accompanied with roasted potatoes, marinated in olive oil and rosemary. Drizzle with a delicious maple syrup, garlic and chili flake dressing before serving.

|15 ml||Olive oil|
|15 ml||Chopped fresh rosemary|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
|15 ml||Butter, softened|
|15 ml||Real maple syrup|
|2||Cloves garlic, crushed|
|2 ml||Dried chili flakes (optional)|
PREHEAT oven to 400°F (200°C).
TOSS fingerling potatoes, olive oil, rosemary and salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl. Place potatoes on a parchment paper or aluminum foil lined baking sheet leaving room for chicken; roast for 10 minutes.
ADD chicken breasts to baking sheet and roast for 25 more minutes.
COMBINE butter, maple syrup, garlic and chili flakes in a small bowl. Spoon over the potatoes and roast for 10 more minutes or until potatoes are golden and chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
