I paired the Maple Leaf Broccoli and Cheese stuffed chicken with these potato wedges and they went very nicely together.


4 potatoes, medium sized
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp parsley


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Wash the potatoes and cut into wedges. Toss in a bowl with other ingredients until coated with oil. Transfer the wedges to a roasting pan and cook for about 1/2 an hour or until cooked through. Serve with Maple Leaf broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken and enjoy!
