winter is around the corner , fight colds and flu with tamarind soup and mustard leaves. and not only you can use,pork meat/beef but your favorite fishes too ,milk fish is the traditional


4 lbs belly pork
1 bunch mustard leaves/
5 pcs. small taro
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped in two
3 green chillies
1 Pkg long beans. cut
1 Pkg okra


on this recipe you can use a lot of varieties/ you can use beef/ fish or just vegetables..you can use sweet potato leaves/ or "kangkong" leaves and it will give you satisfaction of your needs., as per meat will depend your cooking time.. fish is shorter time . beef is longer time..


it's those day that you need to pamper yourself..
