A delicious stew that is easy to make.
3 | cloves galic, diced |
2 | onions, chopped |
2 cups | sweet potatoes, chopped |
2 cups | white potatoes, chopped |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | butter |
1 tbsp | flour |
2 tbsp | tomato paste |
2 tbsp | worcestershire sauce |
2 cups | chicken stock |
3 | Maple Leaf Prime Boneless Pork Loin Chops, cooked |
1 tsp | cayenne pepper |
1 tsp | salt and pepper |
Saute onion and garlic in butter and olive oil for 2 minutes. Add the potatoes and cook 3 minutes, stirring.
Sprinkle the flour over this mixture and stir for 2 minutes.
Add the stock, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
Shred the cooked meat on top.
Let simmer for an hour until the liquid is reduced.
This is a great way to use leftover chicken as well.
