A delicious stew that is easy to make.
|3||cloves galic, diced|
|2 cups||sweet potatoes, chopped|
|2 cups||white potatoes, chopped|
|2 tbsp||olive oil|
|2 tbsp||tomato paste|
|2 tbsp||worcestershire sauce|
|2 cups||chicken stock|
|3||Maple Leaf Prime Boneless Pork Loin Chops, cooked|
|1 tsp||cayenne pepper|
|1 tsp||salt and pepper|
Saute onion and garlic in butter and olive oil for 2 minutes. Add the potatoes and cook 3 minutes, stirring.
Sprinkle the flour over this mixture and stir for 2 minutes.
Add the stock, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
Shred the cooked meat on top.
Let simmer for an hour until the liquid is reduced.
This is a great way to use leftover chicken as well.
