|4||maple leaf prime chicken breasts, cubed|
|1/2 cup||Franks RedHot® sauce|
|1 1/2 cup||buttermilk|
|Vegetable oil, for frying|
|Franks RedHot® BBQ sauce|
|1 cup||prepared BBQ sauce|
|1/2 cup||Franks RedHot®|
Combine hot sauce and buttermilk. Add chicken and toss to coat well.
Drain marinade from chicken and dust cubed chicken into cornmeal. Coat well. Heat vegetable oil in a large deep skillet. Working in batches fry chicken on all sides for about 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Remove onto a paper towel lined plate. Season with salt and pepper. Combine bbq sauce and hot sauce. Serve immediately.
For best results marinate chicken over night.
