This is so fast to put together, yet so simple and yummy!
Wrap and go!


1 egg
1 english muffin
cream cheese
sprig of dill
lemon wedge
salt and pepper to taste
two slices of smoked salmon


While poaching your egg, toss your English muffin in the toaster. Once toasted, spread cream cheese on both sides of muffin.

Place the slices of smoked salmon on the bottom half of muffin. Squeeze lemon over the salmon.

Once the egg has finished poaching, place on top of the salmon. Drizzle with capers and sprinkle with sprigs of dill.
