Bring you and your friends together this summer with this delicious pink lemonade pie.


2 Tenderflake® Frozen Deep Dish Pie Shells
1 (8 oz/250 g) Package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz/300 mL) Can sweetened condensed milk
1 (295 mL) Can frozen pink lemonade from concentrate, defrosted
10 Drops red food colouring
1 (4 oz) Container frozen whipped topping, defrosted


BAKE pie shells according to package directions. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

WHISK together cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemonade and food colouring. Gently fold in whipped topping. Divide between the two pie shells and place in the freezer for four hours or overnight.


Serve with whipped cream if desired.
