About this Recipe

Nothing beats a classic, roast beef with two cheeses! Hearty and satisfying, paired with soup it’s the perfect lunch or dinner combo.

Ingredients

8 slices Schneider’s Country Naturals Shaved Roast Beef
2 ciabatta buns, halved
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 slices Havarti cheese
4 tbsp grainy Dijon mustard

Directions

Assemble sandwiches by spreading 2 tbsp. each of mustard on top and bottom buns. Layer 2 slices each of Havarti on bottom bun followed by 4 slices each of roast beef followed by cheddar. Top with top slice bun.
