|2||ciabatta buns, halved|
|4||slices cheddar cheese|
|4||slices Havarti cheese|
|4 tbsp||grainy Dijon mustard|
Assemble sandwiches by spreading 2 tbsp. each of mustard on top and bottom buns. Layer 2 slices each of Havarti on bottom bun followed by 4 slices each of roast beef followed by cheddar. Top with top slice bun.
