A Philly Sandwich using thinly sliced roast beef on marble rye.
|2||slices of marble rye bread|
|6||thinly sliced cooked roast beef|
|1||thick slice of mozzarella cheese|
|1/4||green pepper, thinly sliced|
Spread 2 tbsp. of mustard on each slice of bread. Place cheese on one follow with pepper on top of cheese. Bake or toast until cheese melts for about 4 minutes on 325 deg. F. Place beef on the other slice of bread. Bake for about a minute until the meat has warmed through. Sandwich both halves together and cut in half to enjoy.
