16 Egg roll wrappers
1 (175 g) Package Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Pepperoni Slices
16 Mozzarella cheese sticks
Marinara sauce for dipping


PLACE egg roll wrapper on a clean work surface with one corner pointing away from you. Arrange four pepperoni slices from left to right, leaving a 1” border from each side. Place a mozzarella cheese stick on top. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from bottom to top. Seal closed with a dab of water along the edge. Repeat with the remaining wrappers.

HEAT 2” (5 cm) frying oil in a deep pan to 350°F (180°C). Working in batches, fry pizza rolls for about 2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
