Ingredients

1 Dempster’s® OvenFresh® White Baguette sliced into ¼-½” (.5-1 cm) thick pieces
2 tbsp (30 mL) Olive oil
Goat cheese
Sautéed peppers
Capers

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 350°F (180°C). Brush bread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden and crispy.

TOP each crostini with Goat cheese, peppers and a few capers.
