This elegant blend of fresh green peas and plump cherry tomatoes compliments any dish perfectly.

Ingredients

1 tbsp (15 mL) Vegetable oil
2 cups (500 mL) Frozen peas
12 Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 Green onions, chopped
¼ tsp (1 mL) Dried basil
¼ tsp (1 mL) Dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

HEAT oil a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. ADD peas and sauté for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, green onions and dried herbs; continue cooking for 2-4 minutes. SEASON with salt and pepper to taste.
