A fresh, tasty and protein packed, quick to assemble breakfast sandwich


1 Dempster's English muffin-toasted
3 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
1 large strawberry- sliced with Mandolin
6 slices of Gala apple-sliced with mandolin
1 tsp butter


Toast both halves of 1 DEMPSTER'S English muffin. Butter the inside of the top half of the toasted muffin. Spread the crunchy peanut butter on the inside of the bottom half of the muffin. Use a mandolin to slice the apple and strawberry. Place apple slices on top of the peanut butter, then place the strawberry slices, and the top muffin half. Enjoy!
