Thick slices of Canadian bacon has a nice saltiness which is balanced by the creaminess of avocado and cucumber to create a nice texture in your mouth.
|2||thick slices of Canadian or peameal bacn|
|2||slices of whole grain bread|
|1/4||avocado, sliced thinly|
|6||thinly sliced cucumber|
|2 tbsp||butter or margarine|
Heat a frying pan with oil. Fry the bacon slices on both sides for about 2 minutes each until done. Butter bread and lay the bacon on the bottom slice. Place the cucumber and avocado on top. Place the other bread on top and enjoy!
