This fresh and sweet wrap is a celebration of summer, and makes a great lunch- even for vegetarians


4 Dempster's Whole Wheat Wraps
2 cups Baby spinach, washed and trimmed
1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
1 Peach, sliced very thin
1/3 cup Crumbled Goat Cheese


In a medium bowl, toss spinach, pecans, peaches, cheese, and vinegar. Divide among four wraps, and enjoy!

Hint: I used a Maple infused Balsamic Vinegar, and it was great. Experiment with infused vinegars for this recipe and others :)
